Swift Relay Services

We offer to small and mid-size companies and Transacting Partners to obtain financial instruments to secure buy/sell transactions.

The minimum we issue is $150,000 up to $50,000,000. For instruments less than $150,000, the issuance fee is $10,000.

Our issuance fee ranges from 2% to 10% depending on the face value amount. Our Credit & Swift Relay service can be used to meet the capital demands against sales, acquisitions, imports and exports.

Issuing banks are to be determined based on transaction type and country.

Issuance Procedure

1. Provide your transaction details such as the beneficiary’s name, bank details, pro-forma invoice, sales and purchase agreement.

2. Upon receipt of the provided information, we will prepare a draft instrument and provide you a quotation for the charges associated with the transaction.

3. Once the final draft is accepted by the beneficiary, it will be necessary to sign all relevant security documents and provide the required KYC information. When necessary, these documents must be notarized by a certified notary or lawyer.

4. Upon acceptance and approval of the submitted KYC and signed documents, we will request the payment of our instrument opening fees.

5. Upon receipt of the cleared opening fee, the instrument will be issued in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed upon between us and the issuer. In most cases, the instrument will be issued within a period of 3 to 5 business days.

6. The handling of presentation and shipping documents or other documents pertaining to the instrument will be conducted in accordance with the terms of the issuance and other conditions specified within the instrument.

7. It is the responsibility of the Transacting Partner to settle payments with the supplier on or before the maturity date or as per the terms established by the beneficiary bank and the issuer.
